Emma

Emma Bernal, a talented and passionate designer, brings a unique perspective to interior design. With a multicultural background, born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and raised in Maryland, Emma's artistic sensibilities contribute to the betterment of society.

She immersed herself in the works of influential designers like Mark Rothko, Frank Lloyd Wright, and Luis Barragan, finding inspiration in their use of imagery and colors. She started her career in the Washington Metropolitan area with a background in high-end residential interiors and project management.

Emma's favorite part about design is working closely with clients and understanding their needs and architectural constraints. She believes balanced understanding is the key to exceptional designs, regardless of project size or style. Emma’s favorite part about Su Casa is being able to curate a memorable story with our guests.

Outside of work, Emma indulges in art, drawing inspiration from missions, architecture, and various artistic outlets such as drawing, painting, graphic design, pottery, and architectural photography.
